Product Description

Defatted almond flour is an all-natural, high-protein, keto-friendly, gluten-free, low-fat flour substitute! Made from unblanched almonds (with the skin)!

Sattvic Foods Defatted Almond Flour is a high-protein, low-fat, low-carb and gluten-free alternative to regular flours, specially crafted for health-conscious individuals.

The flour is defatted through a cold-pressing process, where we remove over 80% of the natural oils, reducing the fat content to less than 15% while preserving its high protein, fibre, and essential nutrients.

Unlike traditional blanched almond flour, our flour is made from unblanched almonds, which means it retains the nutrient-rich skin.

It is light to dark brown in colour as the almond skin is ground together with the kernel. Thus giving it a stronger, more intense taste & aroma, but it isn't fatty at all! This makes it an ideal choice for keto, low-carb, and high-protein diets.
