Preheat your oven to 180degrees celsius. Prepare your baking tray by lining with non stick baking spray or parchment paper.
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well into a cookie dough.
Roll the cookie doll into roughly 10 -12 balls - golf ball size and place on baking tray. Using a fork, flatten out the dough into a cookie shape. Place in oven for 10 minutes or until the edges start to crisp.
Remove cookies from the oven and allow to cool. To store, place cookies in an airtight container for 48 hours.
