Product Description

Our method of processing coffee lends unique flavours to the roasted beans, the additional sugars lend a sweet, fruity and a floral taste. Our coffee also has notes of chocolate and cocoa to help you start your day on the right note!

When the coffee cherries are ripe, they are bright red and sweet. At this stage, they are carefully hand-picked, and sorted to only include the best cherries. The intact cherries are then sun-dried on large mats.

Leaving the cherries intact allows the coffee beans to absorb all the sweetness from the pulp, enhancing the taste. On most other plantations, people discard the skin and the pulp before drying the beans.

When the coffee beans are sufficiently dried and the skin removed, the green beans are then roasted to perfection.

Our method of processing coffee lends unique flavours to the roasted beans, the additional sugars lend a sweet, fruity and a floral taste. Our coffee also has notes of chocolate and cocoa to help you start your day on the right note!

Our Coffee is Organically grown, without the use of any chemical fertilisers or pesticides.

Our Coffee Estate is located in Belur taluka, near Chikkamagaluru in Karnataka. For the last 35 years, we have been growing coffee here. We grow Arabica coffee amidst native trees and pepper vines. We do not use any chemical fertilisers and pesticides to help the plants grow; instead, we aim to strengthen the ecosystem by harnessing nature’s natural defence mechanisms (by creating a favourable ecosystem for predators) and ability to cycle nutrients (by catering to a healthy soil). As a result, our estate is rich with native trees, natural undergrowth, and a cacophony of sounds from myriad birds and insects, and the coffee plants are healthier, resulting in better coffee.

Grind, Brew & Use as per taste, for a delicious cup of coffee. Refer to this Filtering Guide for some ideas on how to enjoy your Organic Arabica Coffee to the maximum.

Antioxidant- Arabica coffee is rich in antioxidants, such as phenolic acids, which can help protect the body from radical compounds that harm the body.

Fight against cavities - A study found that the presence of caffeine and chlorogenic acid in Arabica helps fight cavity-causing bacteria.

Low calorie- Arabica coffee in its plain state ( without milk and sweetener) contains zero calories. This can be ideal for individuals who want to lose weight.

Good source of Electrolytes and Hydration- 90% cup of coffee is water, which can help with your daily water intake. Though Arabica coffee contains diuretic properties, the Coffee and Health organisation that moderate consumption of fewer than 5 cups of coffee a day is safe to avoid its diuretic effects. In fact, every cup of coffee that you consume can boost your system with 116 mg of potassium with only a touch of sodium, which is great news if you are concerned about controlling your blood pressure.

Keep refrigerated or consume within 3 months from packaging date for maximum aroma
