How is Coconut Flour made
Our Coconut flour is purely made from the best coconuts without any additives, and is completely gluten free. We use the best coconuts from the coastal regions of Tamil Nadu that are organically certified.
Coconuts are carefully selected and skinned
Skinned coconuts are washed and then blended with water to remove the milk
The strained Coconut is then hung dried and dehydrated
It is then ground in a gluten free mill to produce flour, filled with the goodness of the superfood coconut.

How to use
The Sattvic Foods Coconut Flour can be used to make anything from delightful cakes to mouth watering cookies.
Baking requires 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup of coconut flour for 1 cup grain-based flour. For frying or sauteing it can be used in amounts equal to that of wheat flour.
A single 2 Tbsp serving of coconut flour delivers 5 grams of fiber with only 8 grams of carbs and no gluten, making it ideal for those on a Paleo or low carb diet.
