Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 cups Makhana (fox nuts)
- A pinch of asafoetida powder
- Pink salt, to taste
- 2 pinches of turmeric powder / tomato powder / dried mint leaves
Method
- Heat the Oil: Heat 1 tbsp of coconut oil in a pan.
- Add Makhana: Add 2 cups of makhana to the pan and stir well.
- Season: Add a pinch of asafoetida powder and pink salt to taste.
- Flavor: Sprinkle in 2 pinches of your choice of turmeric powder, tomato powder, or dried mint leaves.
- Mix: Mix everything thoroughly until the makhana is evenly coated with the seasonings.
- Serve: Enjoy your tasty and healthy makhana snack warm!
