Ingredients:


- 1/2 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes
- 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
- Less than 3/4 cup Olive Oil
- More than half a cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 10 Garlic Cloves
- Coriander for Garnish


Method:


1. Soak: Soak the sun-dried tomatoes and sunflower seeds overnight in olive oil, salt, and apple cider vinegar.
2. Blend: The next day, add all the soaked ingredients along with the garlic cloves in a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Garnish: Transfer to a mason jar or bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
