Oat flour is not only naturally gluten-free, but it’s also an excellent source of dietary fibre. It's packed with protein and healthy fats while being lower in carbohydrates than most other grains. Plus, oats contain more soluble fibre than any other grain, which makes them fantastic for maintaining cholesterol and supporting overall health.

  • Stone-Ground – Our oat flour is stone-ground, which preserves more nutrients than other milling techniques, ensuring you get maximum health benefits.
  • Naturally Gluten-Free – Perfect for those avoiding gluten, our oat flour is processed in a dedicated gluten-free facility to guarantee purity.
  • Pure and Wholesome – Made from the highest quality whole-grain oats, imported from Western Australia, and carefully hand-selected and processed in India.
  • Subtle, Sweet Flavour – With a mild, nutty flavour, our oat flour is perfect for adding wholesome nutrition to your favourite gluten-free recipes.

We import our whole grain oats from Western Australia, a region known for producing some of the finest quality oats. The oats are then washed, hulled, and dried in India, before being stone-ground at our facilities. This ensures that our oat flour retains its full nutritional value and delivers a delicious, natural flavour in every use.

This versatile flour can be used in a variety of recipes, from gluten-free oat flour pancakes and oat flour cookies to breads and biscuits. You can replace up to 20% of the wheat flour in your recipes with our oat flour to enhance the flavour and nutrition. It’s also an excellent thickener for soups, sauces, and stews.

Amazing taste and good grainy texture- wholesome gluten free oats flour

This is so good that I cannot possibly switch to another brand of oats flour for sure, unless they change the way they mill it.
I tried a couple brands available on the local market, even Baggery's, but all of them fade in comparison to this.
This one has a wholesome grainy feel and texture that makes everything you cook with it absolutely delicious.
The other oats flours I tried are too pulverized and hard ground; they seem like limp powder.
I enjoy my Chillas and Cakes with this flour mixed with Gluten free Quinoa and Amaranth flours.
